  1. Wash rice, soak until milky white (at least 10-15 min, 30 is plenty)
  2. Drain rice. Add 1:1 water, medium high to boil.
  3. Cover immediately and turn down to low, approx 9 minutes.
  4. Turn off and let stand another 9-10 minutes.
