Ingredients
- 1/3 C honey
- 1/3 C soy sauce
- 1/4 C oyster sauce
- 1/4 C Shaoxing cooking wine, rice wine, or sake
- 2 Tbs oyster sauce
- 2 Tbs hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp five spice powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot, bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes. Cool before storing.

- Great with pork tenderloin
